The XTreme Scooters XB-420M Adult Trikes are one of our newest additions.
XTreme Scooters XB-420M Adult Trikes are High-Powered Mobility Scooters using a 1-piece mobility Electric motor / rear axle and differential unit. These electric motor scooters run on 4-20Amp batteries, and come with a wheelie bar for the not so old drivers. At full power the XB-420M electric trike can get up to 15+ MPH, easily one of the fastest mobility scooters on the market! And for those faint at heart, a speed control unit can be used. Also included is a reverse gear, arm rests and a stylish cargo rack. Extra storage under the seat as well. Our line of XB-420M Adult Trikes come in a slick Black color. With the rising gas prices these days, high quality, cheap electric scooters are becoming an ever more affordable necessity versus traditional transportation.
Note* This electric trike is fast. It will ride a wheelie if the speed limiter is turned up to maximum. We don't suggest these fast electric scooters for the elderly due to it's high speed (15 MPH) ability. The owner / driver should be capable of driving a high powered electric scooter before attempting to operate this machine. A video demo will soon be available online.
The XB-420M requires a freight delivery. The shipping is free but a $50 Lift Gate charge will apply.

The XB-420M is a very rugged scooter and if taken care of properly, should have a very long lifespan. The review below suggests that after only a year there is a problem with the "trans AXEL and motor seizing up". The reason this could happen is due to dirt, sand and water clogging up the gears. After further investigation, the reviewer had been using the XB-420M to get around at a camp site in the Florida Keys.
The XB-420M is perfectly capable of going off-road (and it's a lot of fun I might add!). If you do choose to take the XB-420M off-road, as with any motor vehicle, we suggest you clean it afterwards. As long as you take care of your scooter, your scooter will take care of you!
