All of our products ship for free but you will notice that our larger items require freight delivery.  When that big truck comes to your home there is a $50 Lift Gate charge for the scooter crate to be lifted out of the truck and on to your driveway.   

Products ship from our warehouse in Tacoma, WA.  An order will typically take a few days to package and label and then 1-4 days for shipping.  If we have it in stock, we can get it to you in about a week.

A related question to ask is how many scooters do we have in stock?  As the economy becomes tight we need to tighten up as well.  We are committed to keeping prices extremely low, we won't want to change that.  As a result we are stocking a lower quantity of scooters, just enough to cover demand.  There are times when demand spikes and we temporarily run out of scooters so please check with us to see how many we have in stock. We are only required to charge sales tax on orders with a California shipping address.  Sorry California :(

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order has been placed.  This will have the order number and information about your purchase.  If there are any corrections you need to make, please contact us and we will take care of your order. 

This can be a little tricky but here are some tips for keeping your battery living a long time:

• DO: Fully charge yours scooter when you get it (typically overnight). 
• DON'T: Let your scooter batteries to ever completely die. 
• DO: Plug in your scooter after every ride to bring it back to a full charge. 
• DON'T: Charge your scooter for more than 24 hours straight.
