Shipping Policy:
- Cheap Electronic Scooters Online ships all orders UPS, FedEx or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
- Shipping is free but a $50 Lift Gate charge may be added to products that require freight delivery. Freight delivered products are identified in the product description.
- All orders shipped within California are subject to 8.25% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
- We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
- We strive to ship our products within 7-10 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it is usually processed the same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
- Free shipping only applies to orders within the contiguous 48 states. At this time we are unable to ship product outsite of the United States.
Return Policy:
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way or gas has been added to the fuel tank. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date.
Preparing your product for Authorized R.M.A. return shipment:
- Re-pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, Manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us via our support department help desk.
- Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box). For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
- Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
At the discretion of Cheap Electric Scooters Online, returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or an additional processing fee may apply. If accepted, items returned without an RMA# are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.

Once merchandise has been accepted for refund, credit will be applied to the account through which payment was originally made immediately.
Shipping Damages:
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS, FedEx or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
